App Store listing
Notion: Notes, Tasks, AI
Notion Labs, Incorporated · Productivity
Wins installs
- AI Meeting Notes auto-summarizes with actionable insights, differentiating from standard note apps
- Free tier for personal use with unlimited notes and thousands of templates removes adoption friction
- Syncs across browser, Mac, Windows, and mobile so users switch devices without friction
Loses installs
- Description buries mobile as an afterthought ('pick up where you left off') when app is used primarily on phone
- No clear value prop in first sentence—leads with vague 'all-in-one workspace' instead of what problem it solves first
- Massive feature list overwhelms new users; doesn't show what they can do in first 5 minutes on iOS
